Cape May in May, and the rototiller

Yes, we were on a beach, but it was windy and cool. To see more photos--food, a spectacular sunset, handsome bike riders--click here.

Back home, the gardening season begins. Tom spent yesterday afternoon working on his new garden plot, which he "won" in a Montgomery County lottery. The gardens are about 15 minutes from our house.
Water tanks to the left, one of which collects rain water. The deer fence is sturdy and at least 6-7 feet high, maybe higher. I'm all for frustrating lots of deer.

If you haven't been to Cullen's page recently, check out where he will be while we're sitting around Ellicottville: Does the word "Savage" inspire you?
