Little Valley: 6/27/09–6/28/09

One more trip to the transfer station, with the men doing the heavy lifting and sorting. Thank goodness for Roger.

The alumni dinner was a 5-hour success (that's without any music or dancing).

Eileen and Roger's garden puts ours to shame–beets, onions, lettuce, beans, three colors of sunflowers, and more.

The great nieces and nephew (how did I get so old that my neices and nephews have children this big?) are growing too fast. At this rate, Zach and Alyssa will be taller than all of us in another month.

Amelia was a trooper—she put on a dance recital that used the porch to full advantage, including a tap dance routine in flip flops that was inspired.

What can I say. There won't be photo opportunities like this again.

For another (OK, more professional and comprehensive) look at the last days at 413, check out John's photos.
